You've asked your mentor. Your investor. Your spouse. Your dog.
Maybe it's time to ask yourself.

I help you find answers you already have. It's less magical than it sounds.

Ready to Think Out Loud?

Why Entrepreneurs Stay Stuck

You've read the books. All of them. The ones about lean startups and fat startups and startups that do yoga.

You've watched the videos. Taken the courses. Maybe even hired a consultant who charged you impressive amounts to tell you things you already suspected.

And yet — you're still unsure what to do next.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: The answer isn't out there. It's already in you.

You have years of experience. Deep knowledge of your market. Real insight into your customers. You probably know exactly what you should do.

The problem is, when everything feels urgent, when every path seems risky, when your mentor says one thing and Twitter says another — clarity disappears. You start second-guessing. You collect more opinions. You make spreadsheets comparing opinions. You ask your dog. The dog is unhelpful.

The problem isn't lack of information. It's lack of structured thinking.

And maybe someone who will sit with you long enough to help you hear what you already know.

We Coach. We Don't Consult.

Consultants are very smart people who tell you what to do based on their expertise.

We are slightly less smart people who help you discover what YOU should do based on YOUR expertise.

The difference matters more than you'd think.

When the answer comes from outside, you doubt it. You wonder if they really understood your situation. You implement it half-heartedly. You blame them when it doesn't work.

When the answer comes from inside, you own it. You understand why. You commit fully. You blame yourself when it doesn't work, which is healthier and also cheaper.

Our role is simple: Ask the right questions. Create the right structure. Stay quiet at the right moments. Let your own knowledge surface.

You leave with decisions you actually believe in — because they came from you.

We just helped you hear yourself think.

What You Get

Clarity Session

Duration: 3 hours (yes, three actual hours)

What happens: Walk in confused. Walk out with a decision.

One focused session. One clear problem. One actionable path forward.

Most people spend three hours scrolling LinkedIn looking for inspiration. This is the same time investment, but you leave with something useful.

Best for: Founders stuck at a crossroads. Entrepreneurs with too many options. Anyone who needs to stop thinking and start moving.

Validation Sprint

Duration: 3 weeks of focused work

What happens: Test your idea before you build it.

Structured process to validate whether your solution solves a real problem — before you invest months building something beautiful that nobody wants.

We've all built things nobody wanted. It's character-building. But also expensive.

Best for: New ventures. Pivots. Product expansions. Anyone who has learned that "if you build it, they will come" was a lie told by a movie about baseball.

Growth Track

Duration: 8 weeks of guided execution

What happens: From validated solution to paying customers.

Guided journey to find product-market fit. Real revenue. Real evidence that this can become a business, not just a very time-consuming hobby.

Best for: Ventures with validated solutions ready to scale. Founders who need accountability through the messy middle where most people quietly give up and tell everyone they're "pivoting to something bigger."

Who It's For

This Is For You If...

  • You have a real business challenge, not a side project you're emotionally attached to but will never actually work on
  • You're willing to think hard and challenge your own assumptions (even the ones you're quite fond of)
  • You want clarity, not just someone to agree with what you already believe
  • You'll take action on what we discover — not add it to your collection of "insights to implement someday"

This Is NOT For You If...

  • You want someone to hand you the answers (try a consultant, they're very confident)
  • You're looking for a magic framework that guarantees success (try a guru, they have courses)
  • You're not ready to be honest about what's not working (try a friend, they'll be supportive)
  • You just want to feel productive without making real progress (try reorganizing your Notion workspace)

How It Works

1

We Talk (Free, 30 min)

You share your challenge. I assess if we're a good fit.

No pitch. No pressure. No "limited time offer." Just an honest conversation between two people figuring out if working together makes sense.

If it doesn't, I'll tell you. I might even know someone better suited to help.

2

We Think Together

If we fit, we schedule your first session.

You bring your real problem — the one keeping you up at night, not the polished version you tell investors.

I bring structure and questions.

You leave with a decision and a path.

3

You Decide What's Next

Some clients need one session. Others need ongoing support through validation or growth.

You decide what serves you. No upsells. No "but wait, there's more."

This isn't a funnel. It's a service.

Portfolio & Case Studies

What We've Built (Our Own Ventures)

We don't just coach — we build. These are real ventures where we've applied the same thinking we bring to clients.

DigiVisa Platform

B2B visa processing service for travel agencies. Currently in market with paying customers.

What we learned: Problem validation before building saves months. We talked to 20 agencies before writing a single line of code.

Cat Café (Yes, Really)

Physical business with real cats, real customers, real operational chaos.

What we learned: Service businesses teach you more about customer experience than any book. Also, cats are difficult employees.

More ventures in various stages

Some thriving, some pivoting, some teaching us expensive lessons. All applying the same structured thinking.

Client Stories (Coming Soon)

We're building this section with real examples from real clients.

For now, here's what we can share:

"I came in with five different directions I could take my business. I left with one — and for the first time in months, I actually believed it was the right one."
— Early client, name withheld because we're still building trust

If you become a client and have a transformation worth sharing, we'll ask if you'd like to be featured here. No pressure. Your clarity matters more than our testimonials.

The Person Behind This

I'm Rocky.

I've spent years building products, leading teams, and running multiple ventures — all while working a day job and raising a family. This is either impressive multitasking or mild insanity, depending on who you ask.

I've made expensive mistakes. Built things nobody wanted. Changed direction so many times I got dizzy. Collected advice from people smarter than me and then ignored most of it.

Through all of it, I developed a way of thinking that cuts through noise and finds clarity fast. Not because I'm particularly brilliant — mostly because I got tired of being confused and needed a system to stop myself from spiraling.

Now I help other entrepreneurs do the same.

I'm not here to impress you with frameworks or jargon. I won't tell you about my "proprietary methodology" or show you complicated diagrams. I'm here to help you think clearly about what matters most — and then actually do something about it.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Working with entrepreneurs who have internet access and real problems.
